Membership Management

Our Membership and Community Management Software is a cloud-based content management system. We offer it as software as a service (SaaS), and is designed to let organisations of any size have full membership functionality on a monthly service fee.

In addition to this, training can be given to our clients to ensure that the set-up and configuration of your system is as straight-forward as it is to run. Event Management

Membership CMS Event management removes all the administration responsibilities from the creation and management of an event for your organization, and passes them on to us. It is extremely useful when your organization is regularly organizing a lot of events and needs to promote them to the website’s visitors.

The Service Fee

The monthly service fee allows our clients to pay a simple combined fee for the use, hosting, warranty and maintenance for the Membership CMS. Our system of charging is designed to help our customers have the best possible systems which scale with their businesses and are kept bang up-to-date by Kentonfrank.

This enables us to charge low start-up costs and gives our clients the peace of mind that they are not going to have a website or technology problem further down the line. 

The service fee is subject to a monthly minimum, and the percentage and fees are stated in the work order agreement schedule.

The service fee includes: 

• A service level agreement - this is a set of standards and commitments encompassing the service Kentonfrank will provide.  
• Fully managed hosting - this covers the hosting and database maintenance that we undertake on your behalf. 
• Ongoing system upgrades - as and when we update or upgrade our core systems, we will push them to your website (subject to compatibility testing).
